Example
Linking word using the linking phrase of “In addition”.

(1st statement) We are going to need to reward Wendy for her excellent service. (Linking phrase) In addition (2nd statement) we will need to identify and reward the staff that helped Wendy to do such great work!
We will need to inform the maintenance team of the schedule changes. In addition we must prepare each department for possible downtime during the scheduled maintenance.
